Lossless Vocal Remover does not host audio long-term — uploaded files and outputs are deleted within one hour of processing. Nevertheless, we recognise that users may upload material they don’t have rights to, and we operate a notice-and-takedown procedure.
How to send a notice
Email dmca@losslessvocalremover.com with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been processed.
- The Lossless Vocal Remover URL or reference where the material was processed (if known).
- Your contact details (name, address, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights owner, agent or law.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If you believe a takedown was sent in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
Repeat infringers
We reserve the right to block IP addresses associated with repeated infringement.
